We have been so busy since my last post. Plus we have had two that's right two computers crash and one of them crashed twice! Yeah gotta love technology!

On June 16 our baby turned one! He really thinks he is big stuff too. He is not quiet walking yet but he is close. He climbs on everything!!! He is really a ham! He just got back from staying 4 days away from Mom and Dad!! They got their own vacation! They went to Niagra Falls and had a blast. We also took a family vacation with My mom, dad, brother sister in law and two nephews! we went to arkansas and had a great time.

My next post will be picture of our adventures! I will try and get this done tomorrow!

Today is Andrew and Paul's Birthday. We had a great day dispite the rain. We did learn that you can't anchor a tent to carpet..... but oh well they wouldn't sleep downstairs anyway.

Also we gave Caleb his first haircut today. Now it stands back up in its mohawk again. :)

We have been very busy lately. Caleb decided it would be fun to share the croup with his mom and dad so needless to say we have been having fun! We have had to take Caleb back to the doctor four times since the 10th of April. We are trying a round of shots to see if this might clear up this ear infection business... We will see.

So I guess we had nothing better to do!!!

Last Saturday we decided to go to Gainsville for the day to visit their zoo. It was a great day other that having to stop at walmart for a new tire!!!! Here are a few pics

Caleb is fighting another round of an ear infection and the croup. On top of all that we went and watched the Hannah Montana Movie. It was really good!! So now Caleb at the ripe old age of 9 1/2 months has made it through two movies!

We Celebrated My precious nephews 4th birthday this spring break. Look at this cake! My sister in law is amazing! She and my brother work really hard on these cakes! It was really yummy too!

We also celebrated my dads birthday! Here he is with all but one of his grandkids! Yup thats right only one girl!!!!! Oh yeah, His cake was yummy too!!! Thanks Granna for the red velvet cake! YUM!!!

We have been very busy the past few months.

Caleb is now 9 months old! He weighs 22 lbs 6.5 oz.

He is almost 31 inches long! He wears 12 - 18 month clothing and size 5 shoes!
He is a big boy!

The kids had an open house at school right before spring break. Of course this is where they get to show you all there work! Aubrey had been talking about her "story" she kept telling me that she could not tell me but that she really did a good job. So open house night her teacher said did you get chance to see her story... totally bragging on her about this story. And to my surprise it was great! Not that I would think other wise but her handwriting had not been the best. However she really wrote well. But this was a cute story about a cowboy named Jake. When it gets sent home I will post it!

Andrew just has just terrible handwriting!!!!!!!! His teacher is not worry but it really is terrible. But he is adorable so I guess it evens out.

We ended up not getting Kevin this year for spring break so it had been a while since we have gotten to see him. He is doing well though.

I know this is all random but I will post some pictures so that you can see everything we have been doing.

We hope everyone has started their new year off as well as we have. We rang it in with a bang, "Sleeping"! Yeah!!!!

Aubrey went to stay with a friend so we took Andrew to the firework stand and let him buy some! Then by 8pm we were done! A few sparklers, fountains, a tank and a horse?

Caleb slept through all the hooha, which is suprising since he has not been sleeping so well. He is getting better the last two nights we have slept till about 3am! Hey its an improvement! He is growing like a weed!

Everyone had a great Christmas and enjoyed everything they received. They have already learned the lesson the bigger the thing you ask Santa for the fewer things you get! All and All we had a blast.

This is the first year i have had a house big enough to host Christmas at my home. So Granna, Poppa, Uncle Jason, Aunt Sara, Grady and Sawyer all came to have Christmas with us! That was 12 people in my house at one time! We had a Blast. Here are just a few pics of the last few days hope you enjoy!

Just an update

Caleb is now six months old. He is the size of a 12 - 18 month old child. He is 29 1/2 inches long and weighs 19 lbs. 5.5 ounces. He has two little teeth and two more trying to break through. He has been through so much, he has reflux and we have been fighting the insurance company to handle his prescription. On top of that he has exzema all over his little body so the Dr. said try soy milk, so we do that and he breaks out in a rash all over him! GREAT!
Other than that he is doing well. He says all sorts of things and eats everything! He is truley a blessing to our family.

Aubrey turned 7 on Sunday! It is hard to believe she is already that old. She decided last week for her birthday she wanted her hair cut so off she went to the hair salon and cut her hair right above her shoulders! She looks so old now! She is still the drama queen and loves all sorts of things.

I am sorry there are no pictures tonight but the battery is low and i am too lazy to go plug it in.

I am sure i will have lots of pictures after all this Holiday fuss is over.

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving and are looking forward to the Christmas holidays. Caleb is now 5 1/2 months old and growing like a weed!

He is about 30 inches long and over 18 pounds! He finally broke his first tooth through tonight! It is not in much but it has broke the skin. :)

The other kiddos are looking forward to Christmas everyday telling us some other gadget or thingamagig they want!

4 Months Old ~ Already :( sniff sniff

This is my little pride and joy! He is 4 months old today! He is about 26 - 27 inches long and probably weighs somewhere around 17 pounds! He is a big boy! He no longer fits in any 3-6 months clothing! Everything is 6-9 or 9 months. He loves to laugh and play! He finally rolled over on the 10th from his tummy to his back. He has decided that sleeping on a pillow is much more fun than just on the bed! He loves to smile at his siblings; they all love him and think he is each of their own personal toy! We absolutely adore him.

He has found his toes and he loves them very much!

He just would not sit still to pose for a picture!

I am going to post another blog with some random pictures next!

Merry Christmas! HO HO HO This is an outfit that was given to us from our friend Mrs. Kristin. Caleb is so big that it fits him now and will not at Christmas so... He got to wear it early and maybe just maybe he will be santa for halloween :)
This is Caleb with his Great great Aunt Elizabeth. We took the day a few weekends ago and went to visit. We had a good time.
This is my precious boy. This is another outfit that we were graciously given! He has outgrown ALL of his clothes. Lucky for us my dear dear mom and dad brought us some clothes along with Mrs. Kristins clothes she sent us. At the rate he is growing no exaggeration here he will be to my hip by the time he is one. Standing he is about 1 1/2 inches above my knee!!!
This was just too cute not to share.

I took all the kids to the park this weekend to ride their bike and should have taken the camera but hey you take 4 kids to the park by yourself! Think about it and you might think I have lost my mind! That equals 3 bikes, 1 stoller, a 7 year old, 6 year old, 5 year old and 3 1/2 month old.

It was a short walk to crazy but I love my kiddos and they were absolutley wonderful this past weekend! (you can't always say that about kids, they will be kids you know!)

Hopefully I will get more pictures of the other kids in the near future!

Random Andrewisms

We were at walmart, where else? There in the parking lot a truck full of yes you guessed it FREE PUPPIES. Let me back up.....

In March we were driving in the walmart parking lot and saw a sign free puppies. I blame it on the prenancy hormones at the time but we gave in and got the kids a puppy. He was so sweet and cute and tiny. Well guess what? Yes he grew and grew and grew. Now the kids do not go out with him because he jump on them and knocks them down. So we are waiting and hoping that he calms down he is a good dog he is just still a big puppy!

so almost 8 months later my precious Andrew says. Mom Please get us a free puppy. To which I respond why you don't play with the free puppy in our back yard. To which he responds he's to big, I want a little puppy. So I asked him what are you going to do with it when it grows. To which he responds thats when you can play with him! :)

We have been blessed this week by a friend in Midland that sent our baby clothes! He is growing so fast. He is in 6-9 month clothing on almost everything. He is a sweet boy who has now mastered his trick of fake coughing to get attention! what a ham.

I will post pictures hopefully tomorrow!

6 Months old.....OH WAIT WE ARE JUST 3 MONTHS OLD

Today Caleb turned three months old. He has grown so much. I tried to take him to get his picture taken and oh my gosh was that an ordeal! Needless to say the above picture is now going to be his 3 month picture. I will schedule an appointment for 6 months and we will try again!

Other news that happened today..... All Aubrey wants for Christmas...her two front teeth see her two front teeth! :0

She is so excited to have them missing but is not sure about all the attention it draws to her. Who'd a thunk it a drama queen not wanting attention. I don't know?

I did not want to leave out the boys. So here is Kevin well being Kevin. Also this is what you get when you interrupt their game time!!!

We go the back roads to school every day to avoid the construction and traffic. Today coming home we pass the small cemetary we pass every day. The following is the conversation that happened as we pass...

Andrew: Hey that is where I am going to put you when you die.

Aubrey: Who me?

Andrew: I was NOT talking to you, Mom that's where I am going to put you when you die OK.

At least he is thinking of my future, right?!?

Sorry the picture is a bit blurry but you can see the hole! She is worried that she no longer looks like herself. This could be because her brother told her this but you know.....

Aubrey lost her front tooth.......

This tooth has been loose for months. The root was damaged when she was about a year old when she fell in the bathtub and chipped the tooth next to it. Well it started to swell and I just knew we were headed back to the dentist to have more teeth pulled but thank goodness she decided to yank on it at school.

Andrew has been adjusting to school. He is doing pretty well but is having a few problems with not playing while in line and talking when ever he wants. :)

Caleb is doing great! He is a big boy. We call him "Mo". The kids really enjoy talking to him. He has started to really talk to us lately and I have managed to get some great video on our camcorder. He is very loving. He loves to watch TV which is not always a good thing but he does like to watch Veggie Tales. Unfortunately they took it off the air at 11 am and now there is nothing for him to watch. Back to watching dear ole Mom.

Well back to getting things ready for school tomorrow. More to come........

1st Day of School

We have adventured into another school year today! For Aubrey she is an old pro this is her 4th school to go to in 3 years! She started the 1st grade(she thinks she is in 6th). She has a brand new teacher and came home going on and on about how nice she was! She is super sweet!

Andrew was a little bit on the apprehensive side. He wanted me to walk him to class. His teacher is also new and very sweet. Upon picking Andrew up he informed us that he didn't even have to go to the bad seats! And there are 2 of them. So I asked him well did anyone get in trouble and he said yeah there were kids there all day. He says he made a friend but he cannot remember their name. I am guessiong it is probably whoever opened his chips for him at lunch! :) Here are some Pictures from our day.

2 months old

Caleb is now 2 months old. We celebrated at our annual cousin camp with my two precious nephews! We have 6 cousins on my side of the family all 7 and under! It is very interesting when we get together. I do believe my favorite saying from cousin camp this year was....

Why do I have to put my hand print on so many shirts (we make wach of them a tee-shirt with all the cousins hands on it)? The answer.... Because your Aunt Heather had soo many kids :)

You would think nothing has even happen to him now except the cut under his eye and the fact that it is black and purple! He is a mess! He is a tough cookie. But for a kid allergic to band-aids any kind of injury that involves a cut is crazy!

One Month Old

We have come upon our first milestone in our lives. We are now one month old. The time has flown by. We have been through a lot in our short little life so far. Let's see..... Thought I had thrush but after taking medicine and getting no where the doctor told my mommy that I did not have thrush that basically I am just a fussy baby that more than likely has reflux! Oh great... so on to medicine # 2 that we are hoping does the trick. So far it is a bit better. Every night from 6pm til 10 or so I like to scream my little head off. On a good note though the Doctor told us that I need to be gaining about one ounce a day I am gaining at least two a day. I now weigh over 11 pounds! I am a big boy.

Mommy is a bit sad that this day has got here so fast since I am the last little baby of the family. She is glad however that I have not decided to follow in my Brothers footsteps and roll over at 1 week and crawl off a bed at 4 weeks. At least I am staying a baby for a little while. Next week, I think I will start driving the car.!

I know I know I am runnig late but who can blame me?

SO Needless to say after a kind "special Reminder" I realize that I have failed to update everyone on our news..... Soo here we go................ This is the night before little Caleb came to see us.. However little is not exactly what we got. On June 16th at 9:49am Caleb Paul was born weighing a whopping 9lbs 6 oz. and was 22.5 inches long. Yes I gave birth to a two foot toddler :) He is a sweetheart though.
Obviously he is greatle loved by all of his siblings they adore him! We asked Andrew what he wanted to do the other day, his response I wanna keep him. Huh? Yes mom I want to keep him I don't want them to put him back in your tummy!
Even though he cries they still seem to like him for the most part!!!!
Aubrey is definately our little Mommy she thinks she can do it all and to my surprise she is very good at picking him up and holding him. However she sometimes gets a little too big for her britches!!! But she tries.
This is what Kevin, Aubrey and Andrew got to do while I was in the hospital. Good thing Granna saw the sign! I think it was better for her and Poppa more than anyone! But the kids absolutely enjoyed VBS very much and want to go back!

I have some more pictures of him but they are on my camera and some are on my moms camera. So there hopefully will be more updates closer together from now on.

Other than all of this we are just making it one day at a time! We have made a trip to the zoo, Lufkin and Longview. If any of you are in our area please come see us.

Kevin, Aubrey and Andrew have all gone to their respective other parents until July 18th

Paul has to report to Sheppard Air Force base on the 19th of July for the Day. We hope only for that day and no longer!

Caleb has thrush right now so he is not a happy camper but we got him some medicine today so hopefully he will be better really soon.

Sorry so rambled but I tried to get caught up on everything quickly so next time will be better.

Dinosaur Valley

We decided to take the kids to Dinosaur Valley State Park on Saturday. We promised them this past summer but it would always rain when we wanted to go so.... They nicely reminded us Saturday when we asked them what they would like to do today! :) We had a great day.. Here are just a few pictures of our day.

At the state park for those who do not know, there are fossilized dinosaur foot prints all through out the park. To get to see those feet prints you must cross the river. Here is Paul crossing the river by himself because.......

This is what happens when the mom takes the kids across!!! Yes in case you can not tell we are all wet. Not only was my camera in my front pocket my phone was in my back pocket! Yes brand new phone dead as a door nail! Also needless to say the only store in Glen Rose is a Dollar General and now you know why the first few pictures only have Dad and kids in them! (yes we thought to bring the kids extra clothes but me..... not so lucky I went to the Dollar General wearing Paul's work coveralls!!!! Yes, seven months pregnant in coveralls the sight was probably quite great considering the woman at the dollar store asked me if i wanted to use their non public bathroom to change in! )

After we changed we still continued to hike to see more. Awww come on Mom can't we just get out there one more time?

Poor Luke had never walked so much in his little life he is only 8 weeks old! But such a great dog.

On our way back to the car. The question was what is soil erosion really.... what does prevent really mean? The sign read stay on trail to prevent soil erosion!

We really had a great time even with the fall and all. There is so much to see next time we will definitely bring more clothes and swim suits!

All and All it was great.
